Person Centered Housing Options Inc. was founded in 2015 by Nicholas Coulter and Charlie Albanese to address chronic homelessness in their hometown of Rochester, New York.
Together, Nick – a social services provider, and Chuck – a health care administrator, founded PCHO with a dedication to a person-centered, evidence-based approach to housing stability.
