Who We Are
Person Centered Housing Options Inc. was founded in 2015 by Nicholas Coulter and Charlie Albanese to address chronic homelessness in their hometown of Rochester, New York.
Together, Nick – a social services provider, and Chuck – a health care administrator, founded PCHO with a dedication to the Housing First model and a set of shared values.
